As the "As-Seen-Online" industry's leading expert, Michael's strategies and revenue insights are sought after by industry veterans, inventors and marquee customers alike, in order to produce exponential growth for their products and market category. Michael lives in NY, where he is an accomplished jazz pianist, an avid golfer and a competitive mixed martial artist.

Amber Chutich | Creative Director

Amber ChutichAmber is a self-driven graphic designer who began her career at a software development firm in Scottsdale, AZ, where she managed multiple design projects spanning from landing pages and banner ads to full, comprehensive websites. As the Creative Director for JAM Direct, she is responsible for the overall design and implementation of all websites and landing pages. She has a passion for marketing and design and can help take products and brands to new heights.

She is fearless when it comes to taking on new challenges. Amber is an entrepreneur that is rapidly making a huge name and brand for herself in the design world. She leads an active lifestyle in Phoenix, AZ where she enjoys networking and cultivating new professional relationships. She is also a soccer ball toting mother of two who likes to get out and enjoy the heat and natural scenery that her state has to offer.

Jeannette Benson | CFO

Jeannette BensonAs Chief Financial Officer, Jeannette manages JAM Direct's corporate financial business processes including accounting, budgeting and risk management. Most recently, Jeannette was CFO and Human Resources Director for Lipenwald, Inc., a major Direct Response marketing company that markets thousands of products through the Internet, catalogs, direct mail and television.

Previously, she was an accountant with Fine Host Corporation where she managed finance for numerous Sport Stadiums and Arenas, and prior to that, was a Senior Accountant at Management Compensation Group, a major financial consulting firm. Jeannette lives in New York, where she is an avid photographer, artist and expert electronic gamer.

James Patrick Albis | VP, Sales

James Patrick AlbisJames has over 20 years of experience developing and launching new companies, products and markets. He is a recognized business leader whose strategies led to the creation of multiple products including Herman Miller Compass, Skytron-Solidcare, Stryker, Knoll Healthcare, Steelcase Nurture and the Next Patient Room 20/20 Initiative. He is also an Advisor to a variety of companies including Tavern on The Green International, Total Compliance Solutions and ScentShots, LLC.

His experience over the last decade is diverse, ranging from startups to The Sydney Organizing Committee Olympic Games. James holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and an MBA from The University of Sydney. He is also a business professor at Mercy College, Westchester Community College and Pace University, teaching courses in marketing, finance and strategy.

Steve Burke

With over 30 years of experience as a leader in the Direct Response Marketing industry, Steve Burke has generated millions of dollars in consumer DR sales via television, print, retail and the Internet while having worked with companies responsible for launching successful campaigns, including the Jack LaLanne Juicer, the Award Winning "Moon Sand" and the Magic Bullet food processor.

As an inventor, Steve created and patented several products, including the Jell-O Easter Egg Mold, which he sold to Kraft Foods, Inc. in both Canada and the United States. To date, Kraft has sold over 42 million units, with the Jell-O Easter Egg being recognized by Advertising Age Magazine as one of the top 50 sales promotion concepts of the last 50 years.

Steve holds an MBA from York University, was a tutor for MBA students at U of T and York University, and is a volunteer at the OHJA (Ontario Hunter/Jumper Association), the OEF (Ontario Equestrian Federation) and the Skating Committee of the TCS & CC.

Kyle Shannon

As Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of pioneering interactive marketing firm AGENCY.COM, Kyle was responsible for leading the company as it grew from two to more than 2,000 employees in less than five years, Kyle also developed programs for employee development and retention, including a peer-to-peer education program called InspireU.

In 2003, Kyle created Invention Asylum, a consumer product development and licensing company that invented and licensed more than 500 products and brand extensions (and earned Kyle his own US Utility Patent). In 2006, he was again an early mover, founding Episodiq Studios to produce short form original video and branded entertainment content. Kyle continues to develop original shows and films for both traditional and interactive distribution.

Kyle earned a BFA in performance from Penn State University in 1987 and has produced, directed and written numerous original plays, screenplays and other multimedia entertainment over the course of his professional life.

Greg Ranney

Greg Ranney is a Business Consultant and Executive Coach who focuses on leadership development, financial business acumen improvement, and business growth.

As a senior finance executive at General Electric, Pfizer, and Reader's Digest, Greg gained first-hand experience with the issues and challenges that management faces, as well as the solutions needed to attain and sustain a competitive edge. After 30 years of coaching, training, and mentoring executives in a corporate environment, he founded Dynamic Success Patterns. Greg coaches executives and organizations to stretch beyond their limits to develop and execute professional and personal growth strategies.

He has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, media & entertainment, hi-tech, energy, services, software, technology services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, publishing, durable goods, plumbing and electrical products.
